This rental is for the 2nd and 3rd floor apartment. This is not a whole house rental.

The apartment has four bedrooms (sleeps eight), two full baths, an eat in kitchen, living room and has a private entrance on the Jefferson St. side of the house. Each bedroom and the living room have AC mini split units. There are a number of steps up into the apartment from the street level and the apartment may not be suitable for those who have mobility concerns.

NOTE: Please supply your own sheet sets, blankets and towels. We supply bed pads, pillows, bath mat, kitchen towels and dish cloths.

Each bedroom also has closet space, a dresser and mirror. Please note the unique, original, "saloon style" doors that are on the 3rd floor bedrooms.

This bathroom has been recently renovated and has a Tub/Shower combination.

3rd floor bath

This bath has been renovated in the fall of 2024 and features a beautiful all new shower.

Kitchen
Beautiful eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances - refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kitchen table and six chairs. Four folding chairs and a card table are available. We supply, kitchen towels, dish cloths and hot pads.

Living Room

The living room has a large sofa, two arm chairs and one glider chair. There is an over sized coffee table that is great for setting up games or puzzles. A smart TV with Comcast TV/Internet is provided. Bring your own passwords and sign into your online streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows and movies.

Parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Free parking on the street.

There is a private entrance to the apartment on the Jefferson St. side of the house.

Private Patio Space

Located at the side of the house, behind the hedges is a patio that seems perfectly situated to pick up a cooling breeze. There is a table and six chairs, and a smaller side table.

Laundry

For your convenience, the washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house. Enter the basement through the door to the left of the outdoor shower.
