We purchased this house at 819 Benton Avenue in 1968, to allow our family to vacation in Cape May, NJ.  Over the many years, family and friends have gathered to enjoy visiting with each other in beautiful Cape May.   

This is a smoke free apartment rental on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house.  We offer weekly, bi-weekly and extended (when available) rentals to groups of eight persons or less. Please check the Availability page for available dates.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

The house is located in the Frog Hollow neighborhood of Cape May.  You can easily walk or bike three blocks to the Jefferson St. beach and you may walk or bike to the boardwalk area or to the Washington St. Mall.
